August Roosileht. A chair from a set of furniture. 1930s.
Designing furniture was not the main field of activity for August Roosileht. Above all, he was a graphic artist and illustrator who designed pieces of furniture on the side. Stylisation and expressiveness as the self-evident qualities of the author’s works manifest themselves also in the case of the furniture set located at the ETDM, dating back to the 1930s. Roosileht designed it for his own home.
